Welcome to 2015! Statistically, the most popular new year resolution is one variation of health and fitness or another, weight loss, mass building, etc…. Today it begins. Good luck!
My personal resolution is to work harder on applying the “live it and love it” mindset that health and fitness has taught me to more aspects in life.
Thank you for being involved in my journey through 2014. It’s been an interesting year and a wonderful journey. I look forward to continuing on even stronger in 2015.
